Cath’s experience and knowledge gained as an international tour guide, coupled with her M.A. in International Education has provided her a unique perspective in the travel industry - one that fuses the study of experiential travel theory with practice. She is passionate about creating immersive and authentic travel experiences for travelers that foster connections to other cultures. Utilizing her own personal and professional travel experience to hundreds of destinations, her industry connections, and personal relationships with expert colleagues worldwide, Cath ensures that the trips you take exceed every expectation and foster memories to last a lifetime.

As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Kelly knows where to find the best opportunities for wellness travel and the best gluten-free restaurants in every destination.

Liz Zito, Travel Coordinator and Genealogy Travel Expert
Liz is thrilled to bring her travel and genealogy expertise to the Curated by Cath team. Travelling is a lifeline for Liz and she has travelled on tours and independently across Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, France, the US and the UK. As an Italian-Australian, Liz has also travelled extensively through Australia and lives and works in the state of Victoria after calling Melbourne home for decades.
Her Italian heritage has led her to an interest in genealogy and more than 20 years of research has seen her on journeys to find family through Australia, Italy and the United States. She puts her research expertise to work now offering services to help others discover their family stories, which is a great asset to our travel clients.
Prior to the travel industry, Liz worked in a not-for-profit Victorian arts organisation and had the opportunity to travel throughout the state of Victoria and support the arts. She has many connections to regional festivals, galleries and creatives.
Liz is passionate about making a difference and curates trips that take in the chance to experience the culture of a village, the excitement of a city, or the warmth and nostalgia of walking the streets of an ancestor. She enjoys finding local events and festivals and soaking up the true essence of a place.
Favourite Destinations:
Anywhere in Italy. Sitting quietly at a stone wall with a cup of tea, early in the morning and watching a village come to life.
